センターレス研磨の特徴Features of Centeriess Grinding & Polishing
センターレス研磨は、固定された支持刃と回転する調整車及び研削砥石の間で支えながら、工作物の回転と送りを調整し、工作物外周を研削する方法です。
Centerless grinding is a method in which the workpiece is supported between a fixed blade, a rotating regulating wheel, and a grinding wheel, adjusting the rotation and feed of the workpiece to grind its outer circumference.
チョコ停防止のためにTo prevent short-term stoppages
〈チョコ停とドカ停〉
チョコ停とはチョコっと停止の略。
なんらかのトラブルで生産ラインが短時間止まる事です。
それに対してドカ停とはドカっと停止の略。
工場の設備や機械、生産活動が長時間止まる事を言います。
＜Choco-stop and Doka-stop＞
"Choco-stop" is an abbreviation for "Chocotto-stop".
The production line will stop for a short time due to some kind of problem.
On the other hand, "Doka-stop" is an abbreviation for "Dokatto-stop".
This refers to the suspension of factory equipment, machinery, and production activities for an extended period of time.

〈母材精度は製品精度に直結する〉
より高精度の製品を作るためには、高精度の母材が必要です。一般的なh9公差の磨き丸棒ではなく、h7やh6など指定された径公差（10μm～）で作成いたします。さらに、径公差だけでなく真直度、真円度、円筒度に優れた母材を使用することで、超高精度の製品をチョコ停なしで無人・長時間自動運転で生産することが可能になります。
＜Base material accuracy is directly linked to product accuracy＞
To produce higher precision products, high-precision base materials are necessary. Instead of the general h9 tolerance polished round bars, we manufacture with specified diameter tolerances such as h7 or h6 (from 10μm). Additionally, by using base materials that excel not only in diameter tolerance but also in straightness, roundness, and cylindricity, it becomes possible to produce ultra-high precision products through unmanned, long-term automated operation without short-term stoppages.
