より高精度の製品には高精度の母材が必要です。
一般的なh9公差のミガキ(磨)丸棒ではなく、h7やh6などご指定の径公差(10μm~)で作成いたします。
さらに、径公差だけではなく真直度、真円度、円筒度に優れた母材の利用で超高精度の製品をチョコ停なしで無人・長時間自動運転で生産することが可能になります。

Higher precision products require higher precision base materials.
Instead of the general polished round bar with h9 tolerance, we will make it with the diameter tolerance (10μm ~) specified by you, such as h7 or h6.
Furthermore, by using a base material that has excellent straightness, roundness, and cylindricity as well as diameter tolerance, it becomes possible to produce ultra-high precision products in unmanned and automatic operation for long periods of time without any short stops.

一般に流通しているミガキ(磨)丸棒の太さ(径)は1~2㎜ピッチが主です。
Φ12.1㎜の製品を作るのにΦ13㎜や14㎜の母材から削るより、Φ12.15㎜から切削する方が加工時間の短縮、工具寿命の長寿化、材料ロスの削減、発熱低減などメリットは多く、これらすべてが生産の効率化に寄与します。

The thickness (diameter) of commonly available polishing round bars is 1 to 2 mm pitch.
To make a Φ12.1mm product, cutting from Φ12.15mm is better than cutting from a Φ13mm or 14mm base material, which results in shorter machining time, longer tool life, less material loss, less heat generation, etc. There are many benefits, all of which contribute to increased production efficiency.
