弊社の仕事は、技術もとても大切ですが、それ以上に感覚がとても大事な仕事だと思っています。機械の音や手の感覚、製品の仕上がり具合など、数値的なクオリティもクリアしながら、見た目の仕上がりもとても重要視しています。目に見える形で見える。手を抜けばそれなりのものしかできません。難しいこともありますが、一つ一つの作業が達成感のある仕事だと思います。
In our work, technology is very important, but well developed sense has more importance. While achieving the numerical quality, such as the sound of an equipment or the sense in the hands, the finished condition of the product such as appearance is also very important. Results are visible. If you cut corners, you can only make an average workpiece. It can be difficult, but I think each task is fulfilling.

弊社は、ステンレスのセンタレス研磨加工がメインですが、今後、中部支店を中心に素材から完成品まで幅広く扱ってまいります。そのためにも、検査体制、納期対応、そしてコストダウンの提案など様々なお客様のニーズをいち早くつかみ、対応力や頼みやすさを武器に新たな挑戦をしていければと考えています。
お客様の信頼は、小さな仕事を一つ一つ積み上げていくことでしか、得られません。今はまだ若い組織ではありますが、お客様からの要望に一つひとつお応えしていくことが我々の使命だと考えております。全員のチカラを合わせ、我々の未来を我々の手で築きあげていきたいと考えております。
Our company mainly focuses on centerless grinding & polishing of stainless steels. However, in the future,
we will handle a wide range of products from materials to finished products where the Chubu branch will take a major role. To that end, we want to quickly grasp the various needs of customers, such as inspection systems, delivery dates, and proposals for cost reductions, and take on new challenges with our ability to respond and relied on.
Customer trust can only be attained by accumulating each of small tasks. Although we are still a young organization, we believe that our mission is to respond to each needs of our customers. We want to unite all of our strength to build our future.

大企業並みとまではいきませんが、現在は会社が成長中ですので、前向きに福利厚生や
処遇について改善や検討を重ねています。
中部支店の開設を機に社宅制度の充実を図ったり、海外拠点の進出に伴って社員旅行で
海外旅行（中国・タイなど）を実施するなど、フレキシブルかつ柔軟に社員の働きやすさや
働く意欲を大切にした福利厚生の充実化を図っています。
Our company is currently growing and we are positively improving and examining our welfare programs.
With the opening of the Chubu Branch, the company’s housing system has been enhanced and
the employees have traveled overseas on employees’ trip (China, Thailand, etc.) corresponding to the opening of overseas site.
We are trying to enhance the welfare program which puts importance on motivation of the employees or a pleasant workplace.
